Continuation of Prospects of a Journey

Rob chuckles a little bit and reaches out to nudge the otter. "C'mon, I had a girlfriend too at one point. Now she's my wife!" he laughs before hmming a little. He then grins. "Though I can't help but wonder what the kids would look like. Hmmm...if it were possible and all. Its not, but hey...I can tease still." he pats the otter's shoulder. "And tease I shall."

Tagger rolls up a bit of bread and tosses it at the stoat, "Shush you..." before he goes back to leaning on the counter, "Look stoat. This is all fairly new to me. So tease all you want. But when your kids grow up..." he rubs his paws together evilly, "I shall repay your... Kindness! Mahahhah!" he laughs evilly before tossing a bit more o' bread into his mouth, "Sides.... Haven't... thought that far ahead..." he clears his throat and taps the counter. A sure sign that he might be nervous.

Garolyn is out exploring the town. She may not live here, but since her life seems to have taken an unexpected turn and she will be spending more time here than she thought she would, she may as well get to know the town better. The smell of the bakery is what draws her too it. (There is also the possibility that somebeast said Tagger was in here, but she would never say if you asked her.) She enters through the main door quietly, and slows just a bit when she sees the otter. She clears her throat quietly, leaning against the now closed door, waiting to be noticed.

Robin laughs and then shakes his head slowly, patting the otter's shoulder again. "That's okay Tagger. When Jolee and Eden are old enough to fall in love, I plan on teasing them too. Even more so since they're my kids." he grins. But when Garolyn enters the fray, he can't help but grin. "Well hello there! Tagger was just going on and on about your date last night." )

Tagger snorts, "If you are anything like your pops. I feel for your kids." he chuckles and lightly punches the stoat in the shoulder. Before Tagg goes back to devouring the 'stolen' bread. Though its not long before Garo enters. Tagg is leaning the other way and does not see her immediately, though when he hears the door open, then what the stoat says. Taggs heart must have blown through his head. He makes a loud, "HUH?!" before turning quickly. And Murpheys law just loves making him embarrassed. There was a perfect patch of flour on the floor, and the otter slips on it. Tagg yelps, "HOLYHELL!" then slams on his back before quickly standing back up, and leaning on the counter, as if nothing happened at all, "Hey Garo!" he grins, his headfur slightly puffed with flour.

Garolyn blushes under her veil, and tries to say hello, but cant. She starts laughing and ends up having trouble stopping. After a few minutes, she gathers her composure and stands straight again, the laughter still in her eyes. "Hello Tagger! Is thy back alright?" Tagger sure does know how to make her happy, even if he doesn't mean to do so. She walks up to him and goes to brush the flour from his head. "Ye look like a ghost."

Rob just can't stop laughing when Tagger flies into the flower, shaking his head slowly. "Hahaha, watch that first step, Mack, its a lulu!" he laughs, shaking his head as he turns towards Garolyn. "What brings you this way?" he asks, grinning. "Or is it random chance? :P

Tagger turns several shades of reds. And maybe even a purple around there as well. But her laughter can heal wounds and also, dignity, perfectly, "Yeah..." he looks to Garo as she approaches and taps his back where he can reach, "The only thing hurt, was my pride..." He laughs when she dusts him, "Am i a spooooky ghost?" he grins before picking her up like he did the other day, hugging her, "Yeah, " he adds to the stoat, "How did you find me. I never mentioned that this is where some of the stoats live." Spooky.

Garolyn scowls at the stoat. "Mind thy own self. I was wandering about the town. So yes, pure chance that Tagger was here. A very spooky ghost, Tagger." She grins at him and hugs him back, laughing again as he picks her up. She looks to Robin. "So ye are the baker? I take it ye know my name from Tagger, but I do not know yours."

Robin laughs and then shakes his head. "No no. I'm the bard of the family." he smiles. "My brother, Christopher, is the baker. This is his bakery." he says, paying to mind to the growl. "I'm Robin. Robin Grodenchik." he says, offering out his paw to the ferret. )

Tagger chuckles, "Chance isn't normally on my side! Specially since i just got a flour bath." Maybe life is just making fun of him. The otter is still holding onto the femferret, and it will take a pretty big lever to sperate them when he doesn't wanna! So when the stoat wants to shake her paw, the otter just walks on over, still carrying her, so she can shakes his paw if shes inclined too, "I'm not putting you down. Might as well get used to it." he grins widely and winks.

Garolyn rolls her eyes, but she /is/ still happy. "Ye are such a.../otter/." That is the hardest she can get with Tag. He is just too silly and cute and otter-y. Then that little thing called memory clicks in Garolyns brain. Suddenly she recognizes Robin as the stoat Tag was talking to during their date. "Ah, Robin Grodenchik. Ye play at the tavern, do ye not? Ye are quite good." She has one arm wrapped around the otters shoulders for balance and just because, and she uses the other to shake the proffered paw firmly.

Robin laughs and then nods his head. "Aye, that's me indeed. My wife and I actually. We play there quite often. When we find a babysitter that is." he laughs before bending down to give the back of her paw as kiss, very politely of course. Just to see what Tagg does. once he stands, he grins, watching the pair. "Oh to be young again." he chuckles. He's only...16 seasons. Not old at all!" )

Tagger just snorts when the stoat kisses her paw. HE hasn't even done that yet. Yet is the key word here. So, he will just leave it to bardic charm, and call it a day. He is still grinning as she calls him an otter, "What? Moi? An otter? Who told you!?" He is being that super silly self again like he is around her. He waves his off paw (yes he can hold her up nicely with one paw) in the stoats direction, "You are so old you." He grins before putting her down on solid earth in case she was loosing feeling in her legs. Or in his case, at the end of his claws. He breathes life back into his claws, "So. Now that you have officially meet. Are you here for the bread? Or just doing some general lounging around today?" he asks the ferret.

Garolyn ignores the paw-kissing- where she comes from, it is a typical greeting, but she can sense that it was a poke at Tagger. She doesnt mind being on her own two paws again, but it was nice to be carried by Tagger. She takes her arm from his shoulders and clasps her paws in front of her. "I was just exploring the town. I thought I may as well, as I have some time b-" She cuts off quickly, not really wanting to mention what she is doing later today.

Tagger grins at her, "I could show you around town. Though Chris might do a better job of it." he chuckles. He goes back leaning against the counter, "I'm free for the rest of the day... Was just talking to the old stoat thing. Not Robin. Another stoat thing. Wow. There are alot of stoat things" he laughs and taps his claws, "Anydoddle, Just talking about some adventure we might be having soon." he clicks his claws together and smiles, rubbing his paws, "That just gave me a Fantasmial idea. How bout i show you round town. Take you out for lunch, and fill you out on the details?" Kill many birds with lots of stones, or however that works, "What say you?" he asks, still grinning up a storm. He is sure that the stoat wont mind. And if he does he can eat some otter bread.

Garolyn grins back at him- hopefully he knows her well enough to know when she smiles. And if not, well then, that sucks. "I would enjoy that. I cannot today, though. I have a meeting with a client." Oh, to hell with it. "An assassination. Nothing too serious. I leave tonight, but should be back by lunch tomorrow." Maybe she shouldnt have told, but ah well. Who is Tagger going to tell, anyway? On a whim (like pretty much everything else she does when Tagger is around) she leans closer, pulls her veil aside, and kisses his cheek. "I cant be late! I will see you when I get back!" She calls as she leaves the bakery, the door slamming shut behind her.
