Zinnia heads out for Ferreval OR Cheshire is one step closer to dooming us all...

Cheshire interrupts Leon as he says good by to Zinnia.

Zinnia looks like she is getting ready to head out of the abbey.

Leon steps out of the gatehouse with a yawn and nods to Zinnia, "Your up early Sister Zinnia, where are you off to?"

Zinnia smiles "I am going to go visit Uncle Zee, maybe learn some famly history, but also." And here she gets more serious as she walks closer "You mentioned someone was back, I am curious of this and they may be in Ferravale as well. "

Leon frowns, "Well all I can say is be careful, and yeah someone is back and you should probally stay away from him and let someone else be curious"

Zinnia says, "I know to be careful"

Leon nods "Alright, but there is a feast in a couple short weeks, your need to be back for that, maybe you can have Zee come back with you

Zinnia says, "I wouldnt miss that I just want to visit Uncle Zee and..see what..well Marek is up to as beasts keep saying he is back and guess I want proof and its good to know whats going on seeing as I am Recoder for the abbey and this would be important""

Leon says, "I suppose, from what I heard he changed somewhat, I don't know how true that is and wanst able to really find out."

Lo and Behold, who should interupt this fine morning than Cheshire. Cheshire was always an interuption where ever he went, being both a cat and Cheshire. The cat was wearing one of his better tunics, which was starting to grow tight around his tummy. All those failed bakery experiments had to go somewhere and it was starting to show. Although in Cheshire's case the weight made him look...healthier compared to his normal scrawny half starved figure.

The other beasts out and about today saw the cat and turned the other way with post haste. The cat was avoided most of the time anyway, but they knew especially when things were about to go wrong when the cat was smiling...

Zinnia looks over at the cat, she may of seen him once or twice but not too often, "Umm..hello?"

Leon frowns as he sees Cheshire, "Hello Cheshire, how are you today?"

The cat bounds over to the healer and recorder. A smile splits his face nearly in two and his green eyes are a little more wild than usual today. "Oh I am having a wonderfull day!" Unaware of the need for personal space or any respect for the conversation that they were having before he arrived, after all it most assuredly must not have been too important any if Cheshire wasn't involved, Chesh leaps inbetween them both. "I have come to a startling conclusion! I have found my destiny! It came to me...in a dream! Right after falling off the abbey roof and into a tree!"

Zinnia frowns "You fell? Are you alright? Did you bump your head and what is this your supposed to be doing then or maybe doing?"

Leon sighs, "We were talking about something, then its not too important really I guess."He walks around and to the badger"Just don't stay in Ferravale too long if that is where he is, just stay close to your Uncle maybe or Scioto might be better to stay close to as your Uncle is sort of..well old"

Cheshire completely ignores the first question. "Oh? You're going to Ferreval? So am I!" Cheshire strikes a dramatic pose with his paws on his hips, "I'm going to ask for funding to create my own Science Academy!" He pauses dramatically as well, as if to let this obviously tremendous and awesome fact sink in.

Zinnia asks, "A science what? Why?" She is curious it seems. "You would have to explane and I am only going to visit my uncle Zee and talk to a beast that has come back, see if he has changed any or not""

Leon shakes his head"Yeah you would have to explain details and why, I dont think Scioto would willing just give out coins for anything"

"But why wouldn't he?" The cat asks in a serious tone. "It would bring some culture to these forsaken woods to have a place where the learned would go to study and learn and not be threatened by mobs seeking to lynch you just because you accidentally burned down a towered while trying to reanimate a corpse with channeled lightning." The cat says again, in a very, rather disturbingly serious tone.

Zinnia backs away from the odd cat as she speaks "Maybe I should just get on to Ferravale and find out more on Marek and surprise my Uncle Zee." Yeah she rather NOT walk with this cat, seems he scares her just a little as she quickly leaves.

Leon blinks "You what?" He watches Zinnia head off and sighs, great and what will he do or say when he is asked where she went.

"Wait! I can come with you!" The cat stretches out a paw towards teh rapidly dissapearing badger. Rubbing his chin the cat replies again, "Well maybe not. I still got a couple of thing I need to get done before I leave today." Then in answer to Leon he says, "Come now Leon, you sound so...shocked." He chuckled. "See what I did there, with the pun? Come on, that was funny, right? Right?"

Leon shakes his head" You should leave dead beasts..buried and not scare beasts in the abbey."

The cat rolls his eyes, "Pfft. Like I would try to bring a beast back to life. That's crazy talk Leon." The cat laughs, wiping a tear from his eyes, "No no, I was mearly trying to harness the power of LIGHTNING and I thought, what would happen if I ran it through some cadavers that I had...laying around." He pauses. Tail twitching back and forth, "Listen it was a long time ago and I don't particularly like talking about the times I was almost hung. I just want to make a place where my fellow intellectuals don't have to worry about such a fate either."

The cat then adds while crossing his arms, "That and it's only a matter of time before I turn into some crazed old hermit who cackles madly from his own backwoods tower. Why not start early, right?"

Leon frowns "Just so it's not around here. Sounds dangerous to me anyways."

"Dangerous? Ha!" Cheshire laughs again. "You bet your tail it's dangerous! Discovering how the universe works wouldn't be fun if there wasn't a chance of causing something to explode!" Clapping his paws together the cat begins to trot away from the healer, "Now if you excuse me I have things to gather for my journey. THINGS! Glorious pointy things that may or may not poke your eye out if handled improperly. The chieftain of Ferraval will want to see what I can DO after all..."

Leon frowns, "Just..yeah get what ever and then hurry off" He rather not see the cat be here too long.

Cheshire whistles merrily as he walks away. "Yes..." He says outloud. "Soon...Soon I shall have my own tower to rule and then I will be invincible! Mwhahah....hahahahahah...HAHAHAHAHAHAAHahaHHAhahahahHAhhHAHA!" The cat pauses in mid cackle when he realizes other beasts are staring. "You heard nothing!" He shouts before dissapearing into the abbey.
