Magus watches the hare, “Well let’s begin the info getting shall we. Where is the Winters Kin...hmmm? I have unfinished business with her after all"
Flare glares at the ferret, "Like I said before, not someone to go after and why would I tell you anything ya scum"
Magus smiles coldly, "Cause I am the controller of your life right now, and you have the info I require...the one Bora wanted dead before, an act interrupted"
Flare just laughs, most likely not the wisest thing to do when your tied up, "And your all big and bad, your former master got his paw chopped off and then his head later the same night and you fled, just cause you’re the so called boss now means nothing to me"
Magus walks up and goes to slap him across the face as he then speaks "I could of easily left Bora before his end, he didn’t need me, he never listen to my warning of an unexpected end"
Flare tenses up as the slap is felt and he glares at the ferret, "You know, I hope your found..in fact I hope someone I have yet to meet finds you and ...oh" He smirks "Accidently hits you with a war hammer."
Magus snorts, "I fear no one...either way your talk sooner or later, let's see what a day and night without food or water dos to loosen your tongue some" He then walks away and leaves the hare alone.
Flare has been in this place for a couple days, he has had no food and very little water, he has been use to this before but only cause of traveling in not so great areas, this wasn't by choice as he was tied up and a captive to some insane ferret.
Magus enters the shack and smirks "So, are we ready to speak then? I have given you almost two days to think of a good reply, then again I have yet to ask don't I?"
Flare looks up and glares "Wot ever it be, ya gonna get silence stupid foul ferret"
Magus chuckles dryly and then smiles "Oh yes, the winters clan beast, I seek her for unfinished business as there is more than one way to seek revenge and some are worse than others. You know where she is and when she may be in a certain area we shall say"
Flare glares , "And wot if I do? She is fairly far from here" One at least he hopes so, he had remembered a talk with a couple beasts of a trip but no real details.
Magus studies him with those eyes, those strange eyes, "You..lie" He says slowly as he comes closer "You hide info from me hare, you know something and wish not to share."
Flare frowns and looks away from the ferret, it was hard but he managed to, he remains silent now.
Magus narrows his eyes, "You will speak...I know some as I see some and know some...the 3 become 1 and she will be all alone, she will travel won’t she?"
Flare frowns as he looks back at the ferret and then he narrows his eyes as well, " You leave that lass alone, she been through enough to have you going after her, and not sure it’s wise to try and harm her friends either. No idea what you mean by her being alone, she would never be alone."
Magus sneers “That is where your wrong, weather by her own doing or others doing, she becomes alone and on her own, her emotions all torn and locked up wishing to escape and she still manages to prevent that, she still needs the rare key and that is close...but will she find the key, will the key find her before all is too late."
Flare asks, "Wot is this key business?"
Magus chuckles strangely “More like...a who not a what, a powerful force, yet also a gentle breeze...a dangerous foe, yet the most loyal of friend." He stops and goes on "But the key will not find the troubled one in time that is the plan"
Flare tries to figure out what he is talking about and just shakes his head, "You forget one thing fuzzy...the LP see all from the mountain or almost all and it's a bit hard for most vermin to hide from them, least very long and your just one beast"
About this same time a wildcat enters "And I make two beasts hare, or should I say....slave" He smiles a unfriendly smile, "I am Patcheye, though you are to call me...your master and owner."
Magus says nothing and simply steps aside to let the wildcat enter.
Flare ears droop as he looks at the wildcat, well this day just suddenly got worse.
Patcheye watches the hare and turns to Magus, “This is all, you promised me more, not that that stoat Garth was any help, he died surrounded by 5 hares. It was a great pleasure to watch him die as he was a fool...where is the badger maid you promised me?"
Flare looks between them as he speaks "Your both are gonna end up in a world of pain when I am found and they don't take kindly to slavers either."
Patcheye answers, oddly calm "They look for groups, not single beasts and with the village nearby it’s not like they seek all beasts...you will remain mine...slave, as will the badger once I get it." He looks to Magus" Answer me...."
Magus nods "The badger maid path will cross with ours soon enough when the 3 become 1 and she is all alone...then we can strike and she can be yours, as well as the hare if you so wish Patcheye"
Flare keeps an eye on the two, "Yeah, I hope someone comes soon to hit some sense into both of you, like literally" He smirks "With a large hammer"
Patcheye smirks "I say...bring it on"
Well for now looks like Magus is about to sell Flare into slavery, will be also get Zinnia? And who is the key and what do they have to do with Zinnia?
