Seeing as we're sort of in the dead of winter (right? At least around Redwall), I was wondering if those at the Abbey will be willing to have one or two plots going, which my character Tyree can help initiate, as I had him wander over to Redwall with Salamandastron being so quiet.

First of all, Redwall seems to be in need of a Foremole. I wonder if this spot is not already being taken by an NPC, so correct me if I'm wrong... but if it's not, so much the better! We can have people volunteering to go look for one and maybe have someone take up the IC position themselves? And RP the troubles of, well, not having someone around with a lot of knowledge how to dig and shore things up properly.

Secondly, vermin are still rearing their ugly heads. It's not an army by any means, though, but small pockets wandering Mossflower in winter, trying to survive by picking on remote woodlander places too far away to be helped. Perhaps they are remnants of Hactor's army or just wandering gangs. The Long Patrol's 67th and others can help with this. The idea is, this is deep in the woods, and is therefore dangerous, long, and hard work to track down and find these gangs before they start really becoming a problem.

Lastly, I heard from Flicktail the walls of the Abbey need some work. This coincides with the need for a Foremole, who will probably be able to pinpoint what exactly the walls will need. That in mind we can have something going where parties scout the quarry for new stone, and look for new creatures who can work as stonemasons, the problems of moving stone from one place to another... could be fun!

So. What's the word?
