Hi all! Just popping by to apologize for my lack of activity. I'm much busier during the summers with two jobs, moving, and those pesky social obligations - but the plot is still ongoing and you don't need me around to participate!

Here is where everybody stands:

Camp Willow: while still in the process of being rebuilt, a good number of homes and businesses, the tavern, and the clinic are standing once again. Some representatives from Redwall pop in and out to help with the process. The problem is that the fall of Camp Willow was a widely known tragedy, and roving bands of opportunistic vermin continue to assail it - but there is still good news! A new captain of the guard has stepped up to fill in and whip the guard force into shape and put the Camp Willow otters back on the path to being the fearsome warriors they once were. Hallow was found to be alive, and her son Gaheris has assumed the role of Skipper.

Player options: please RP around Camp Willow! There is still a holt that needs to be rebuilt, families to mourn, missing loved ones to worry about, etc. Guards have rigorous training to participate in (and subsequently complain about). Get involved and be creative :)

The Allies: a small group of allies and CW otters set out to find the captives, and as such have located a few! Their journey continues to bring them further West, towards the sea, where they are scouring known slave markets, rescuing otters from the odd band of baddies, and tracking down those individuals the Vikings did not bring North with them. They have located a small number of captives so far, and these make their way home now!

The Captives: multiple fates have awaited, and continue to await, those taken captive during the battle. One managed to escape, several died during travel, many were sold before they reached the sea, and some still remain in forced servitude to their captors. The Northerners only kept the prisoners of the most value to them, and took only the strongest to begin with (keep this in mind if you want to play an otter that was taken!). There are many options for players to play as captives sold along the way and trying to find their way home, if that's your cup of tea!

The Vikings: Kolbjorn, Rincair, and their men have returned to the North. There, they took a stronghold and are now building an even more formidable force - but are they finished with Mossflower for good?

There are several different arcs going - still going! I may not have a lot of time to get on and play this month, but I do still pop in and out to check page #mail so don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or ideas! There is a lot for people to get involved with, still - don't just be active for the big battles! Camp Willow is a fun location to RP, so let's keep it alive :)
