Short Visit, New Aquaintances. (Redwall Abbey, Great Hall) (Characters- Jo, and Bottlebrush.)

From Redwall MUCK Wiki

Jo the otter novice walks in stretching from a long sleep noticing someone unfamiliar near the fireplace. "Hello." he says curiously, never before seeing this creature.

Nearby the fireplace in a chair, a bushy tail sticking out to one side connected to that tail is its owner.

Bottlebrush smiles and nods back from his chair, "Hello." He says noticing jo walk in.

Jo walks over and sits down on the edge of a table and dangles his footpaws. "never seen ye' before" he says with a grin.

Bottlebrush chuckles softly, "Just got back from an extended stay at Salamandastron. I am Bottlebrush, one of the Abbey Healers."

Jo Asks."visiting or were they in need of a healer?" he asks more out of interest than anything else.

Bottlebrush chuckles, "Just visiting is all."

Jo nods and grins. "Im no' really into the whole healin' arts thing but i know a few things bout' it, my uncle is a shaman o' sorts but not one who gets atalkin' with dead beasts." the otter looks at the wall distantly remembering his uncle amulus.

Bottlebrush nods, the face-scarred fox leaning back in his chair while he looks up at the ceiling, "Heh, my parents were also healers, so I guess it was a natural step for me. Healer-foxes are rather an oddity, it seems,"The fox flashes a grin that looks a bit wicked with his face, "Most healerfoxes are usually vermin in disguise."

Jo perks his ears foward. "And what type are ye'?" he says with a grin.

Bottlebrush chuckles, "I am a true healerfox, rest assured."

Jo nods and grins, "Just askin' though our abbey champion is a fox also, im glad those dull days are faded though when everyone was at each-others throats all the time." the otter starts rubbing his ear absently for no reason.

Bottlebrush smirks, "It's still been happenin', mate. Anba Hor has attacked a few times, for one."

The otter asks, "Anba Hor?" Jo asks curiously with his ears back.

Bottlebrush nods, "An evil fox.. I've had a run-in with him, as have a few other abbybeasts. He has probably given up, though."

Jo nods slightly. "Lets hope he has." he says with a firm worried look.
