Aikuen and the otters are all outside. Today is the day of leaving for the big trip! They are only a year behind from when it was first tried! Aik and Fira are putting supplies onto the cart while Ella and Venei. With their packs. Sit in one of the seats. Beating each other up. The parents chuckles lightly at their kids as they stuff many things. But what sticks out the most is a black metal trunk. With seven keyholes on it.

And then the stoats appear! Kentar carrying a chest of his own, but its only as big as Christopher used to be and has one keyhole. He's also got a pack of his own! Garnet and Chris follow behind, both stoats with a large pack too. Then Robin. His arm is still in a sling, only much better done. Same with his head. The bandages there better applied. And Kluna fallows with a pack too. The small chest is set next to the bigger one, and so are the stoat's packs. "We're almost ready." Kentar smiles as Chris goes to surprise attack the twins, Robin jumping up onto the cart as well to make sure everything is secure!

The twins argh loudly at the stoat attacks them. They roll around the the empty part of the cart bumping into things. Aikuen laughs loudly at them, "That 'ill teach them! Hey Stoats!" he calls out, giving a wave. Fira goes to watch the little ones, and help Robin. Mostly just watching the little ones though. Aikuen smiles, "See you brought you gold then. Ah good. Just put it next to this..." he pats the trunk, "SO! What else are we missing sides Will?"

Kentar shrugs a little as they appear and jump onto the cart. "Never mind!" The stoat laughs and smiles, making sure his chest is properly next to Aik's before jumping down off the cart.

Aikuen nods, "Well. They better hurry then. Im getting ants in my pants to get this thing on the road!" he laughs as he tosses the lost thing up in the air. Fira catches it deftly before tossing it to Robin for thighteing. Aik then goes to the front where a a long piece of wood is connected to the wheels that turn. This it what is used to pull and turn the thing. The cart is coverd in green resin, "Got is all secured?"

Robin catches it with his good arm and secures it properly. "Ready to go!" The stoat smiles. Kentar grins as he spots Chris trying to pin one of the two twins with a loud laugh. "Yep. Ready to go here too!" Kentar nods as his wife and adopted weasel sits on the cart.

Aikuen nods with a laughs, "Well. Im not!" Fira gives him an odd look. Aik winks, "Nope. I am ready after all!" She rolls her eyes before hopping off the cart. Aik eyes the rest, "Come on you two," he points at the male stoats, "This thing gets heavy with a lot of beasts on it!"

Robin blinks and makes a mock look up upsetness. "Gah! Your going to make me push! With a broken wrist! Your mean." he nods. Kentar smirks as he gets in position to help push. "Oh you big baby!" he laughs.

Aikuen rolls his eyes, "You don't have to push! You nuttar! Just get off the darn thing!" he shakes his head with a sigh. Fira whacks Kentar with her rudder at the baby comment before going to take a position next to Aik. Aik is more verbal, "Oh pish posh you." he nods, "Okay. On three. We push toward that path..." he points to a little opening, "Alright?... One... two... Three!" The older otters push against the wood. But the cart only squeaks and stays put. Something is keeping it from moving.

Robin ohs...then jumps off the cart. "Oh! Sorry Aik." he laughs with a smirk. Kentar starts walking...then stops when he realizes no one else is. "Something wrong?" he asks.

Aikuen heaves against it for a few seconds before saying, "That's weird... It was working yesterday..." he hrms as Fira puts down the stick. Aik ponders it for a few seconds. He then slaps his forehead, "Oh... Heh. Silly me..." he crouches down and pull out a block from under the wheel, "I put this on when we were packing. So the cart wouldn't start without us!" he laughs. The cart slowly starts to move backwards. Then its stops at the stick is picked up again by the otters.

The four stoats burst into laughing, smiling brightly. "Yeah!!! You silly otter!" Chris grins. "He's a...blockhead!" Robin laughs and almost falls over as he has problems breathing from the laughing. "Haha...you sure got it right, Rob!"

Aikuen grumbles at the stoat as he puts the block on the cart, "Oh. Shush up you guys. It was just a simple mistake." he eyes them all, "Laugh it up. But you will all get your comuppance! Just you wait and see!" he hrms as he goes back to take his place, "Now... Lets try it again"

The stoats smirk. "Sure sure. Like that will ever happen!" Robin smirks. "So...yes, lets try that again. On three...one...three!" Kentar chuckles quietly. He doesn't move until the cart does, the stoats watching to see if Aik makes any more mistakes.

The otters once again push against the stick. The cart squeaks with derision as, at first, it still refuses to move. But after a few more seconds. The cart lunges forward squeaking with all the extra weight it has to deal with. Now that its moving the cart is actually easily moveable. Aik cheers, "Aha! We are on our way!"

Kentar laughs. "Finally! You beasts are slow!" he grins. The stoats start to follow along the cart, Chris sitting with his mum, and Kluna. "So! How long will it take to get to...uh...where are we going?" he asks, tilting his head for a few moments

Aikuen grunts first off, "Oi Kentar! Get up here you! Were headed off toward Alcaida. And it will take only a few days. Three... Maybe four. Depends on how much this cart gets stuck." he chuckles as the carts gets easier as it move more. Its even less squeaking.

Kentar hums a little and comes along side Aik. "Yo!" he smiles, chuckling quietly. Robin lags behind a little before pulling himself up onto the cart as quietly as he possibly can, wondering if the otters will notice that he stopped walking.

The cart squeaks heavily and bounces a bit. But it seems the otters didnt notice just yet. Aik says, "Hey Kentar. Be a dear and... Help." he snorts, "Once we get to Alcadia we will do a bit of ship shoppin. As well as regular shoppin. We will be stayin at the inn there. Once we get the ship. We will move the cart onboard."

Kentar chuckles a little and nods, taking up a spot next to Aik and starts to push as well. "Yeah!" he smiles. "I hope we go somewhere nice." he then thinks. "Aik. Remember last night when you said you wonder if the Gillum's are still at your old home?" he asks, tilting his head.

Aikuen gets comfortable pushing the cart, "Me too. If not. The ship will be good by itself!" he chuckles and then his eyes stoat at the question, "Oh aye. What do you want to know about that?"

"Well." Kentar hums a little. "I was thinking. Maybe one of the last stops we make, we could go see." he nods slowly with a smile. "Come on! I'd love to see your old home!" he nods.

Aikuen goes really wide eyed, "Wait. Go back to Ashurah?" he blinks quickly, "I haven't been there in over 7 seasons! Its on the other side of the world!" he exclaims, "Not only that. Im still a wanted criminal... Im wanted dead..." he points out.

Kentar grins. "Come on, Aik!" he nods. "Lets go." he smiles. "We can disguise ourselves...you look really different with the charcoal! And you'd have me looking after you." he thinks. "And not only that, I think we could find a disguise artist to help...come on!" he nods. "Lets go...." he smiles.

Aikuen hrms, "Its been so long... And... Nobody knows the language..." he looks back at the cart and Fira who is still kinda oblivious to everything. Aik looks back, "...I just. I dont know..." he sighs.

Kentar slides one arm around Aik's shoulders and gives a light squeeze. "Come on, mate." he thinks. "You do!" he nods. "Besides...I could teach you enough of my language to make it seem like we're just passing through from somewhere foreign." he nods and goes back to push the cart with both arms. "Come on. If anything goes wrong, we'll leave quick!" he smiles.

Aikuen hums a bit at the what seems like a hug, "I guess i could teach you a bit so you know the basics... Fira kinda already knows a bit..." he chews on his tongue, "I... I will think about it. And will have to discuss it with Fira... I mean. I kinda do want to see Gillium again... And see my home... I just." he sighs, "There is so many Northerners... The red cloaked guys..."

Kentar nods slowly. "Yeah...just think." he smiles. "It shouldn't be that hard to make a red cloak of your own!" he nods. "Anyways. Lets just push for now." He chuckles a little.

Aikuen nods, "Oh aye..." he hrms as he starts to push with only one paw. As he uses the other paw to pull at his bronze medallion, "Ill think about it... But if we do go. I will need you to make fake tags for you guys." he shows his tag, "Its required for all beasts. Its part of the conscription."

Kentar hums a bit and chuckles. 'It would just be you and me." he nods. "Robin wouldn't want to put himself in danger like that, nor would Garnet or the others." he thinks. "We could dock the boat somewhere and go ashore in a long boat." he thinks. "And why would we need tags huh?" he grins. "I had a bit of a plan of my own actually...well...if we decided to."

Aikuen ohs and nods, "Actually. That's a pretty good idea. I should have thought of that myself." he goes back to pushing with both paws, "We need tags. Cause if we are seen without them. We will go to jail. Every beast on the island out of the harbor is required to have one..." he sighs, "Its a warring country."

Kentar ahs a bit and nods slowly. "Ah, I see." he thinks. "So I guess being a commander from a far away place seeking an alliance would be a bad idea?" he chuckles. "You know, incase we got caught or anything." he smirks. "I could have sent Jasper some reinforcements." he chuckles a little.

Aikuen shakes his head, "The islanders are only interested in one thing. The island. They don't care much for other places. So unless you plan to offer them troops." he shrugs, "Keep it in mind though. Just in case." he chuckles. Seems like he is warming up to the idea.

Kentar laughs. "True enough." he hums. "Well. I'd just lie to them about the troops." he nods. "Although I really would have sent Jasper the help..." he thinks, shrugging with a laugh. "But hey, might get us out of a sticky problem." he nods.

Aikuen laughs, "They are always looking for more troops." he then hrms, "Maybe you could say that you would offer them ten times the troops AFTER the war of your village is over... That might be an idea. Though i will still need a tag for me. Mine says," he looks down and reads it, "Aikuen T. Captain; of the Southern Republic." he hrms, "That will need to be change to Blahblah. Of the Northern Kingdom" he chuckles.

Kentar laughs a little bit and thinks. "We'll...we'll figure it out." he smiles and grins a bit. "Aik...if we go, we'll fool them." He nods. "Like we did with everyone else in the past. We'll be safe!" he nods.

Aikuen nods slightly, "Aye we will. Well have to be safe." he then, "OH! And i have to discuss this with Fira. If she nixes it. That's it!" he chuckles, "I wonder how Gilly is doing... Wow. Its been... 12 or so seasons since i last saw him. Or my home for that matter..." he hums.

Kentar laughs. "I'm sure Fira wouldn't mind. I mean...it was your home. Where you were born and all that. I think she'd understand if you wanted to go back...besides, I'd be with you, and she knows how much we watch each other's backs." he nods.

Aikuen hrms, "Well see." he chuckles, "And aye! Im sure it would be better then most places we go. They would be busy with so much other stuff. They probably wont even notice me too much." he chuckles, "But it will be cool. I wonder if... Nothing." he sighs.

Kentar tilts his head a little bit and yawns slightly as they push the cart on through the woods. "Wonder if what?" he asks. "Go on Aik, you can tell me." he nods.

Aikuen just shakes his head, "I was just thinking... If. Maybe. Perhaps..." he hrms, "If my daughters grave is still there... Hopefully it wasn't destroyed or anything..." he sighs, "Its been so long since i last seen her..." he looks down.

Kentar ahs a little bit and thinks for a few moments, pausing to give the otter a hug. "Well. We'll soon find out." he smiles lightly. "Don't worry Aik, I'm sure she's still there." he nods.

Aikuen smiles weakly, "Thanks. And i hope so... I really do." he sighs and looks back toward the road. Yes road. While they were talking. The path has come upon a bigger road. And it seems that they are heading north, "Ah. We are right on schedule..." he chuckles.

The stoat nods and smiles. "Don't worry. If my families grave's were still there after being burned, your daughter's grave is still there." he nods before turning his attention to the road, pushing along a little more now, eager to get where they're going.
