Scioto and Dazzle Wedding

Lorimis stands up by the raised platform, arranging the decorations, and the strand of blood red ribbon

Scioto adjusts his cufflinks on his sleeves and looks at beasts as they gather.

Tristan is leaning against the back wall, arms crossed, observing every beast in the room from under the shadow of his hood.

Crystal walks in, carrying two bottles of cherry wine. She's dressed in a clean set of clothes, and doesn’t smell like she's been drinking, so that's good.

Zinnia sighs softly, she made the cake so now she just relaxes and watches the wedding, and she knows no one here so she stays out of the way.

Sarnith Struts dressed in a blue-green long sleeved shirt which edges are trimmed with silver thread and has a dark hunter green vest worn over top of it that is embroidered with a gold criss cross diamond pattern as well as having its edges trimmed with silver thread, he is also wearing a pair of straight cut black pants as well as a teal silk sash wrapped about his waist that is knotted off on his right side, feeling a bit funny in these new light weight clothes he moves to one side and finds a wall to lean against as he watches every beast coming into the room

Lorimis looks up at the cloaked figure that is Tristan "so....mysterious" he comments

Tristan raises an eyebrow, tilting his hood back just a little, "Lorimis? What're you doing here?"

Zinnia sits down slowly not too close to anyone else.

Flicktail, clad in his best green cloak, moves over to the only Beast he knows, besides Lorirms, Zinnia

Crystal moves to stand next to Sarnith, "Well don't chew look fancy." she says with a grin.

Scioto looks as more beasts come in the room and looks over towards Lorimis.

Sarnith Nods to Crystal and says " Think I's may have gone overboard jus a bit. " as he looks around the room

Crystal shakes her head, "I dunno, I think ya look pretty good, better than ya usually do, at any rate."

Zinnia looks at Flicktail and frowns, she sighs and looks forwards not paying him to much attention right now.

Sarnith Gives the cat a toothy grin as he says " I's can say these togs don't feel right, an yew's are lookin right fine yer self Crystal. "

Flicktail smiles "Ello “ but then he notices THE Chieftain, and the fox moves toward Scioto, his fabled blade on his hip as he awaits an audience with the Chieftain.

Tristan makes no move to join any of the conversation, just watching everyone move around. He does notice Flicktail here and that surprises him a bit. His gaze rests for a little while on Scioto before moving again.

Lorimis looks over to Scioto "Good Eve Chieftain

Crystal chuckles, "I do my best, Sarn. wouldn't do to show up dirty an' disgruntled, now would it?"

Kriskia slips in quickly, stopping just inside the door and shuffling quickly off to the side. Her priority right now is finding a place to sit or if necessary stand, And only when this is accomplished does she turn her head from side to side, looking for familiar beasts to interact with.

Scioto nods to Lorimis "Greetings Lorimis, seems its umm...good crowd yes?"

Flicktail spies Tristan with a smile and moves to him "Someone at e abbey be lookin fer YOU "

Zinnia folds her arms over her chest and keeps looking forwards.

Lorimis says, "The operative Phrase here is, Gosh....My will you look at that cake"

Sarnith chuckles as he says " I's wouldn’t think it would. " all the while scanning the crowd and noteing the positions of certain beasts

Tristan raises an eyebrow to the fox, "I'd be a bit surprised if someone wasn’t waiting for me, considering I’ve been gone for about two months now."

Flicktail asks, "you did not get the message by Sparra? sister be worried SICK about ya"

Crystal looks around as well, seeing who she recognizes.

Dazzle is in the hallway, unseen, waiting to come into the room.

Lorimis waggles his fingers to Crystal and his Friend Flicktail

Tristan frowns a little, "What message? I didn't get any message."

Crystal gives Lorimis a smile and waves back.

Zinnia looks around and shakes her head, as the cake is mentioned she listens a little.

Sarnith Holds his position against the wall, as he notices Kriskia he raises a paw towards her not sure if she will see it through hall the bustle

Flicktail exclaims, "aye yer sister been found, she be lookin for ya!" he says to Tristan

Lorimis steps up to the platform and clears his throat "Everyone! May I have your attention? "

Zinnia looks up as attention is asked of every beast.

Sarnith Looks up to Lorimis and shushes a few of the nosier beasts

Scioto stays near the front and looks towards Lormis

Tristan is itching to continue his conversation with Flicktail, but turns his eyes to Lorimis as he attempts to control the crowd.

Kriskia catches a quick movement out of the corner of her eye and swirls about, unsure whether or not it's Sarnith she sees on the other side of a throng of beasts.

Lorimis asks, "Will Thru Groom approach the Platform?"

Flicktail stands near Lorimis as the Champion should

Scioto walks slowly towards where Lorimis is and nods.

Musician beasts begin playing a soft song to signal the entrance of the bride

Crystal watches silently as the proceedings begin.

Dazzle at first is too nervous to come in, she starts to and then backs out again, after a few deep breaths she comes forwards as the music plays, she wears a simple white wedding gown with a little trim to it and flowers in her headfur,she smiles and walks to where Lorimis and Scioto is and stops once she is there.

Scioto smiles at Dazzle and waits.

Lorimis stands with A Brown leather covered book in his hands and smiles to the Feline Bride awaiting her to step up with her Groom

Flicktail offers to Escorted the bride, his elbow out

Livune Quietly slips in the back with Valdker right behind him

Dazzle blinks at Flicktail and politely shakes her head, she steps up to where Scioto is and waits for Lorimis to continue.

Sarnith maintains his position at the wall as he watches Dazzle giving a slight frown the late arrivals

Lorimis says, "Beloved Beasts, we are gathered hear this even to proclaim the love of these 2 Beasts Chieftain Scioto, and the Lady Dazzle. Lorrimis hold up a blood red ribbon "Please face each other, and Join paws"

Flicktail smiles and steps back

Once the procession starts, Kriskia ends all efforts to move about the place and drops down to her knees, leaning her elbows on the last pew and focusing on the podium.

Dazzle smiles and faces Scioto and goes to hold his paw.

Scioto nods, he takes the paw and smiles at Dazzle.

Lorimis Smiles "Chieftain Scioto, We ask in the sight of all and the Heavens, do you take the Lady Dazzle, to be your mate and very own? To Love, honor and Cherish, forsaking all others Till death do you part?"

Scioto waits till all the words are said and nods "Yes, Yes I do"

Lorimis Turns to Dazzle "Lady Dazzle, We all and heaven ask you, Will you have this Tom Cat as your own? to Love, honor and Obey, so long as you both shall live?

Dazzle smiles and nods "I do"

Lorimis Takes the Red Ribbon and gently winds it around the 2 clasp Paws "This Ribbon signifies your life not together, as one, It is Red just as the heart is, and it is strong, as your love is. Does any out there Have reason these 2 beasts should not be Joined? If so SPEAK or forever hold your peace. "

Lorimis says, "Place the Ring on her finger Scioto and repeat after me "With this Ring, I thee wed...."

Scioto nods as he looks in his pocket, he frowns slightly and then a guard comes in and whispers something and hands him something, it’s the ring, he chuckles and nods his thanks as he now places the ring dazzle finger "With this ring I thee wed..."

Dazzle smiles.

Lorimis says, "Now you will feel no rain, For each of you will be shelter to the other. Now you will feel no cold, For each of you will be warmth to the other. Now there is no more loneliness, For each of you will be companion to the other. Now you are two bodies, But there is one life before you. Go now to your dwelling place, To enter into the days of your togetherness. And may your days be good and long upon the earth. I Declare you to be Mates! Beasts I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Scioto...Scioto you may nuzzle the Bride."

Scioto smiles, a quick kiss is given to dazzle, he looks towards the crowd now and back to Dazzle.

Dazzle smiles again, she stays silent for now and just smiles.

Zinnia watches quietly as it looks to be almost ready to end.

Flicktail begins to applaud the couple!

Kriskia lifts her chin from her arms to join in with the clapping, straightening her crouch a bit as she does so. As every beats crane to get a better look, she straightens her legs a bit further so that the view isn’t blocked.

Tristan gives a nod of approval and smiles at the newlyweds.

Flicktail Winks to Tristan

Scioto smiles, he stays up front with Dazzle for now till it’s time to go into the dining Hall.

Lorimis says, "Well don't every beast just stand there, Congrats to them and lets go Eat, I believe I have a Dance owed me" he chuckles

Scioto takes Dazzles paw and starts to head to the dining hall.

Dazzle smiles and follows Scioto.

Sarnith joins in on the applause as the newlyweds go

On to the dinning Room

Scioto is already here with Dazzle and watches as the others come into the room.

Flicktail again sits by Zinnia, if Tristan wants he can come over

Lorimis smiles as he shuffles in, his formal robes now put away .

Sarnith Arrives and moves to a table near the door before taking a seat

Tristan comes in, moving to sit near Flicktail, pushing his hood back onto his shoulders now.

Crystal follows behind Sarnith, sitting next to him.

Livune takes a seat near where the drinks are set up

Valdker Follows Livune and nods appreciatively at the large selection of drinks set out

Zinnia blinks as she just now notices Tristan is an otter. She yawns a little and looks around.

Dazzle smiles as the beasts come in.

Scioto looks towards Tristan as he scans the room, he stays where he is through and smiles and nods as congrats are given.

Lorimis doesn't know Livune or Valdker

Kriskia steps quietly into the hall and scans the many heads there before finding ones she recognizes, She cuts a quick path to the nearby table and slides onto the bench across from Sarnith and Crystal, smiling but every one and a while glancing over her shoulder at the newly wedded couple.

The Musician beasts set up and begin playing a lively tune

Sarnith Says “Well wern't dat nice? an quick to " quietly to those sitting next to him

Hearing the musicians start up, Tristan almost regrets leaving his mandolin at his camp.

Livune Looks about the room slowly a small frown on his features as he notes the amount of woodlanders present

Valdker Has eyes only for the food and drink and has yet to shift his eyes from them

Flicktail Waves Livune over, smiling at both Zinnia and Tristan "I sent a Sparra lookin for ya Tristan "

Zinnia sighs, "Well I hope they like he cake, worked hard enough on it." she says quietly. She looks around as it debating on leaving or not.

Lorimis looks to Zinnia as well "Do I know you Marm? "

Tristan shakes his head, "Well I guess they didn't find me. I left Halyard about a week ago and been heading back since."

Flicktail nods "Yer sister is at the Abbey, I told her I'd get ya "

Zinnia shrugs "I have no clue sir. “She mutters a sorry. "

Lorimis says, "I am Father Lorimis" he smiles

Sarnith Looks to Scioto and gives him a nod his eyes then travel between Tristan and Livune

Zinnia nods "I..I am..." she sighs "Just a baker, here ta...maybe open a shop, maybe on that though"

Livune Prods Valdker and motions him to follow as gets up and moves towards Flicktail

Valdker Grunts at Livune's prod and follows him grumbling darkly under his breath

Flicktail smiles at the two "Ello...welcome, ave some viddles!" he makes room for the 2 of them at the table

Kriskia nods in agreement, turning back to her table. There is still an expectant air about her. True love is all well and nice, but like many beasts here, it turns out her main reason for being present is the food and drink. "Aye. I'd 'ave missed the' whole ceremony if I'd finished me work not a lick sooner. Silly me, ya know, I feel straight asleep at my desk the minute I got back. Foolish thinking a tankard o' ale'd help me through th' night."

Sarnith Chuckles as he says " I's only had a tankard er three already terday was wonderin when yew's would be up n about. "

Livune mutters " We was fine where we were, is dat all you waved me over here fer fox? "

Scioto watches the crowd and sits down and waits for the dinner part to start.

Valdker Comes to a halt at Livune's side and glares over at Lorimis before looking back to Flicktail

Flicktail gives Livune and his friend each a silver piece

Lorimis chuckles and nods to Valdker

Dazzle watches all the gathered beasts and smiles, she smooths out her dress a little.

Lorimis steps over to Dazzle "You look lovely"

Tristan after a few seconds of thought, Tristan finally responds to flick with a shake of his head, "You must be mistaken, my sister died many seasons ago. We were both still young." he keeps his voice low, trying not to dampen the mood of the wedding.

Flicktail nods to Tristan, not taking his eyes off the rat "I know she told me you thought that..but she survived "

Dazzle smiles "Thanks, I..guess someone should give the ok to..start the dinner."

Crystal is somewhat following the conversation between Sarnith and Kriskia, but mostly waiting for food and drink to be served.

Lorimis asks, "Ok Start the Dinner" he smiles to Dazzle "You wish to dine before we dance?"

Kriskia stick out her tongue, settling a chin on her paw. "Ah, now I have to catch up? Forcin' yarself ta drink fast's no fun, Sarn."

Scioto looks around and towards where the cake is, he hmms softly to himself , he looks over at Lorimis and then the door but stays seated, most are here so.

Tristan shakes his head again, resolute on this point. "No, she couldn't have survived. I would have known."

Livune Looks at the silver piece a moment before he quickly snaps it up, he then says " An what’s this fer? " as he holds it up in one paw

Flicktail asks, "Tristan, you callin me a liar?"

Flicktail smiles to Livune "A present..ya looked like ya needed it "

Valdker Just looks at the silver without reaching for it or acknowledging Flicktail's gesture

Dazzle smiles “I say every starts eating then if anyone wants to dance...they can"

Sarnith cracks a grin at Kriskia as he says " Well if’s yew would o been up a hair earlier yews would be on par mith me I's sure. "

Flicktail gets some food and watches Tristan "Oi tell you it be here "

Tristan sighs, "It's just not possible. We would have found each other by now."

Scioto looks over at Tristan curious of what is going on.

Lorimis says, "it's possible Triss..or are ye too afraid to come find out?"

Lorimis fixes Tristan with a stare

"Are you so sure?" Kriskia asks with mock indignation. "Wat're ya trying ta say abou' my character?" The jill does her best to sound prim, but her grin admits that yes, in fact, Sardnith'd be right.

Livune Moves back to where he was seated after pileing a plate with food

Dazzle smiles and gets some food for her and Scioto and sits his plate before him and smiles as she sits down by him with her plate.

Sarnith Stands as he says " Well den hows about we start in on some of what der is fer eat's an get us a spot o summat alcholic? "

Scioto smiles “Thanks" He starts to eat after Dazzle starts and smiles "It’s good"

Valdker Walks away from Flicktail and gathers up a pair of tankards as well as a few pieces of food before he joins Livune

Tristan sits quietly, thinking to himself.

Crystal nods to Sarnith. She may not have any idea what has been said, but definitely is interesting in getting something to eat and some fine alcohol.

Livune Starts stuffing his face as soon as he is seated, occasionally muttering something to Vladker between mouthfuls

Valdker nibbles at a piece of fish while slowly drinking from one of his tankards and nodding now and then to Livune

"Right then, let's," Kriskia responds, deciding to be proactive on this matter. she places her paws on the table and lifts herself to a standing position, twisting about to figure the best and most efficient way to get food.

Dazzle eats her food and smiles

Sarnith Moves up to the spread of food that’s set out and picks out several filets of the fish he had caught and prepared earlier as well as several bread rolls, after getting all of this balanced on a plate he gathers up a tray and loads a few tankards onto it containing various beverages all alcoholic in nature

Crystal walks towards the end of the table and finds the two bottles of cherry wine she brought. "Hey Sarn, yew want summa this?" she asks, pouring herself a tankard of it.

Scioto watches all and just smiles, he is in a happy mood tonight.

Kriskia weaves through the crowd gathering around the food table, the litheness of a must lid to her advantage in this situation. She scoops up a plate and coaxes a large slab of fish, piling several slices of dark colored bread and a spoonful of root vegetable on top. As she turns and makes her way back, darting from gap to gap, she even manages to swoop up a pint glass of thick golden Meade as it is being set on a tray.

As Sarnith carefully sets down the plate and tray he responds " I's do think I's would! " to Crystal

Crystal pours him a tankard of it and hands it to him ,taking her own tankard, as well as a plate of fish and a few other tankards of various beverages, and goes back to where she was sitting earlier.

Flicktail looks to Tristan "Tris...it truly IS her, by Martin I swear it "

Tristan sighs, "I guess I have to take your word on it."

Dazzle starts to finish her meal and looks around, she smiles as she sees the cake "Whom ever did the cake did a wonderful job."

Flicktail asks, "Will you come see her?"

Lorimis says, "I agree Dazzle The Cake is nearly as sweet as you are"

Scioto nods "An..otter, sea otter" he looks around "And seems she is not here now, guess she is busy. That sea otter does do a good job, maybe should think more on the possibility of a baker for town, even if she is..an otter, she does good work and we need a baker to open a shop"

Dazzle chuckles as Lorimis speaks, she nods to Scioto "Then ask her to."

Tristan raises an eyebrow, "Of course I will. Even if you're wrong, I was coming back to Redwall anyways."

Flicktail says, "then you shall make some beasts very happy"

Kriskia is the last to join the table, a little unsteady with eh plate in her left paw. It clatters a bit as it hits the wooden surface, but everything stays in place. she has barely eaten this past few days, due to a lack of both leisure and money, and now she intends to thoroughly enjoy herself, as can be seen by the smile on her muzzle.

Sarnith Adds the tankard of cherry to his collection on the tray, his paw now hovers over the tankards he had gathered unsure of where to start, but after a moment he snaps up the cherry and throws it back with a relish, before he looks over to Crystal and raises the tankard

Lorimis offers to Dance with Dazzle

Dazzle smiles and nods as she gets up, "This will be. Different."

Crystal, on the other paw, has no conflicts about which to try first, she drinks heartily from each tankard, going in no particular order, taking quick bites of fish in between.

Scioto watches Lorimis and Dazzle as he stands slowly, having finished his dinner he slips out of the room quietly. He may be back later but it’s not known right now.
