Safana is Back!

Scioto stands in the entry watching the passing beasts as they come and go, on patrol and keeping an eye out for trouble.

Astra walks from the infirmary, taking time to glace around the village and get a good look at it as light snow falls, she smiles.

Safana comes to the gates and enters, her tail wags as it’s been a while since she been here and from the looks of it, a lot of changes.

Scioto glances over at Safana and raises an eyebrow but stays where he is not yet seeing who it is.

Astra stays by the side of the tavern as she watches the two, she smiles as she sees Scioto and walks over towards him slowly.

Safana grin and goes up to Scioto, "Long time no see." She removes the hood to show who she is and grins again, "Alive and kicking I see, not sure on well or so I heard."

Scioto blinks, in seeing Safana, whom he hasn't seen in a long while he smiles wide and goes to hug her; it seems a big bit of a cheer up to a rater gloomy day, "Safana!" He chuckles; he truly chuckles and looks happy to see her.

Astra frowns as she sees this and stops in her tracks, she has no clue who Safana is and right now could care less, she lets out a sort of choke sob and backs away.

Safana smiles brightly and hugs back, her ears perk as she looks over her shoulder ad sees Astra and arches an eyebrow as she lets go of Scioto, "Who be that?" She points to Astra.

Scioto looks to where she is pointing and spots Astra and the look she has on her face and blinks, "Astra?"

Astra frowns, ok yea she is crying, "No..go away." She decides she rather be elsewhere than here and heads further inside.

Safana frowns, "Oh dear...I can follow her if ya...who is she?"

Scioto says, "A..Friend"

---Into the infirm—

Astra rushes back into the infirm building, tears down her face and she looks very upset.

Oakenpaw says, "Hmm I have never heard of that, though my Fox friend was Red, and a Spirit mouse turned his fur all white"

Oakenpaw cocks his head "What is it Astra?”

Safana pants as she appears in the doorway and looks inside, "Ya run fast..hey.."

Dotina is the one who is more able to move of the two sisters- her chest is only bruised, not broken. She jumps out of bed, ready to help.

Astra sniffs, she sits in a corner and looks away from Safana and sniffs again, "Just go away and I don't want hi checking on me either"

Oakenpaw frowns looking at Safana , "Hold a moment lass" He looks at Astra, "Lass..no one's gonna harm you, I'm yer friend tell me wot this is about" He holds his staff close.

Dashalina twitters, and winks at her sister. They share one thought: Scioto. It had to have been him. He must have broken her poor heart. Well, now doesn’t seem to be the best time to laugh about it, so they keep quiet, and Dot sits on the edge of her bed, just watching.

Safana is confused at first, " What only asked who ya were and ya run off in tears, him who?" She thinks. ."Wait...my brother?"

Astra looks away, “Leave...brother?" She wipes away a few tears.

Well, no one seems hurt, and if no one is in danger, the twins have no need to be on defensive. Dot leans back into her pillow. "Do tell! This-" "Sounds interesting!"

Oakenpaw looks at the 2 Rats. "I can see a male here is NOT going to me of much use Wot?" Looking at Dash "Like me to wrap them ribs for ya?”

Safana grins, "Aye, me my brother, little...I am older, well by 3 minutes...was happy to see him so hugged, oh yeah you showed up....oh" It dawns on her.. " Your more than a friend arnt ya?"

Astra sighs, "Just friends,...have yet to say how I feel", She feels a little better, " I thought...didn’t know he had a sister"

Dotina and dash can’t help it. They break into laughter, both gripping their sides. They gasp out: "Of course they-" "ARE! No thanks oak-" "enpaw, they" "are already" "wrapped!"

Oakenpaw says, "aye maybe I am the one not wrapped to tight"

Safana smirks “Well talk to Scioto" She looks at the hare "Hey ya, how you and ya long ears doing?"

Oakenpaw asks, "Ello marm, so, now I have a Chieftness I have to listen to?" He smiles"

Astra blinks.

Safana asks, "A what?..No No...just a quick ello,not staying, need to talk to someone. one not here at the abbey"

Dash groans slightly- all that laughing really hurt her broken rib. Dot winces- from pain, seeing her twin in pain, or just because?- and leans her head back so it bonks the wall. "Who at-" "the abbey?" They ask curiously

Oakenpaw rolls his eyes, "Another beast that won't stay, and a shame because it looks like YOU got all the looks in Scioto's family....”

"OOH, Don’t let-" "Him hear you-" "say THAT!" The twins starts laughing again, rather unwisely.

Safana says, "Huh, he has no other brothers or sisters,...just me"

Oakenpaw looks to Astra and offers a paw "you ok lass?”

Astra says, "He has a daughter, seen her couple times"

Astra stands and nods "I..will be ok just, though she was someone besides a sister and.."

Oakenpaw offers Astra a calming tea "have some lass

Dotina slides down her pillow onto her back, waving her paws in the air as she laughs helplessly. Dash, still lying in bed, tries not to laugh so hard that she cries, and fails. Oh, these poor rats really have a case

of the giggles! It comes from having no one to talk to for a day, and then suddenly a whole crowd of beasts. Oh, the drama cats create!

Safana nods "I know he has a daughter, glad to hear she is ok, she was captive last I heard" She sighs, boy she been away too long, lots to catch up on.

Oakenpaw asks, "So is everyone ok now? I can get more munchies..."

Twins chill (again) and Dot sits up, rubbing her bruised ribs ruefully. "I am-" "Good!" They reply to Oakenpaw.

Astra smiles "I think so"

Safana leans on the doorway , "Does it matter, it’s an important talk, clear things up that need cleared up..so going to abbey after this ten maybe be back"

Oakenpaw says, "Look up me friend Flicktail when you get there tell him I says hi"

Dotina and dash decide in a split second they want to see Astra talk to Scioto. "Can we-" "Come? And who-" "At the abbey-" "Are you looking-" "for?" They inquire.

Oakenpaw gets a chair for Astra "All are welcome at the Abbey who are peaceful..especially those who like to laugh”

Astra sits down.

Safana hmms, "Not saying, but need to get back there and you" She looks at Astra, "If you love my brother tell him or don’t, up to you just don’t make him depressed" With that she heads out the door.
