RW Abbey: Zork's Room

This is a good size room and has a large bed with a blue blanket and a couple blue pillows on it. The bed looks like it could easily fit a tall badger. At the foot of the bed is a cherry wood chest that is locked , only the owner knows what lies inside. Beside the bed is a small nightstand with a small drawer and a larger drawer. On the Nightstand are an oil lamp and a wash basin. On the wall is a picture of Brother Zork made from charcoal. And a toolbox is close to the wall, inside is forge tools, and its wise to leave them alone. There is a door that goes back to the hallway.

Silverstorm now wears her Sister robes proudly as she walks down the hall, and her acorn pin is pined onto the robes now as well. She stops outside the doorway and knocks as she waits on a reply.

Zork replies from the open “Tis open lass you can come on inside.” He right now is sitting up in his bed; he has been resting most of the day in fact. He smiles at Silverstorm” Hey ya..Sister Silverstorm”

Silverstorm enters slowly and smiles” It feels odd still to be a Sister in the order, but I am glad and will do a great job.”

Zork nods and motions to come over closer” Ya gonna need something lass.” He points to the toolbox, “Forge tools, they are yours now ya know.” He looks around “And a couple other things too..well will find it later suppose.”

Silverstorm looks over at the tools “Yeah but, they should stay in this room shouldn’t they?”

“Why lass?” The badger asks, “I am not de main Blacksmith now, you are Sister Silverstorm, also your gonna need a certain key that’s in the second drawer.” The first drawer of the nightstand is locked.

Silverstorm goes to open the unlocked drawer to get the key, “What does this go to Brother Zork?”

Zork answers, “The storage unit by de forge and the 2nd one goes to a couple drawers. There is a small locked one but that’s not ya concern . You just tend to the two large drawers, ok?” He then grins as he remembers “Ahh yes, the flint and metal, it’s by the forge I almost forgot as your need it ta light it…course you knew that.”

Silverstorm chuckles as she gets both keys and nods “So why not worry on the small drawer, I don’t need to open it or something?”

Zork nods “Personal, not ta worry I know where the key is and that’s all that’s important. Maybe you can keep something in the drawer once wit be inside is taken out, but it is small so not sure wot ya can place in it.” He chuckles a little and then rubs his chest as he sighs “I probably shouldn’t of left de abbey but I wanted and needed ta be at the feast with my family and friends.”

Silverstorm frowns looking worried “You ok? I can find a healer if you need one.”

Zork shakes his head “Tis fine, just hurts ta laugh. I was more worried earlier when got back. De heat affected me lass and made me a wee bit ill, a headache and all and some chest pains but I am ok now..well a lot better than earlier anyways. I will be stuck in me room a couple days to recover but after that I can do whatever around the abbey.”

Silverstorm still seems concern but nods “I guess if you are feeling better, you seemed to be feeling bad towards the end of the feast.”

Zork nods “I was but that was then and this is now. It was hot lass , but there was shade or it could have been worse..maybe much worse” The last three words are muttered.

Silverstorm doesn’t hear the last three words, but she does go and hug him if he allows.

Zork returns the hug as he does indeed allow Silverstorm’s hug and smiles warmly. “You best get those tools to your room, and don’t lose those keys either lass. I need to get some sleep. We can talk by the forge tomorrow morning and yes the morning right after breakfast before it gets hot.”

Silverstorm nods and then picks up the tool box, after she places the keys in her pocket and heads on out of the room” Good night then”

Zork nods as he yawns and gets cozy for the night “Good night Sister Silverstorm” He is then soon asleep.
