Orphan No Longer

Shandar, a little [slightly broken] mousemaid at the Abbey, is an orphan no longer! [Yay!] She now has 3 siblings and a dad.

Shandar crawls back up, [she had fallen on her habit hem] and goes to stand near him. " Do you need anything?"

Flicktail says, "I needs a Hug"

Shandar smiles. "You can have one!" She jumps up on the cot and hugs him.

Flicktail asks, "just one?"

Shandar says, "As many as you want." her voice is muffled in his fur."

Flicktail says, "I feel myself gettin stronger already"

Shandar giggles. "All i did was hug you!"

Flicktail asks, "See how powerful hugs are? I bet Oz woudllikes a hug"

Shandar turns her face to the badger. "Do you want a hug, too?"

Oz sighs "I need to try and walk...weather its soon or later, and even if its just a couple steps"

Flicktail says, "Get a hug first it helps"

Oz sighs, he goes to try and even just stands and fails quickly at that, he tenses up in pain and holds his knee and closes his eyes, he stays seated, sort of seated and quiet .

Shandar releases Flicktail and gets to Oz without falling, mostly due to the fact that she's trying to get into the habit of picking up her hem. She hugs the badger. She is very tiny compared to him

Flicktail says, "ooo THAt looked liek a REALLY good hug"

Shandar says, "Wasn't any different than yours.""

Flicktail says, "you must just be agood hugger"

Shandar smiles. "I get a lot of hugs."

Flicktail says, "I loveyou my precious"

Shandar goes back to the fox, and sits on the bed beside him. "I love you too, FLicky."

a young vixen fox walks in "Daddy?" Flicktail smiles "Hello Luna

Shandar looks at the vixen. "Hello"

Luna looksover she has something chlutched in her arms "you Shnna?" she says walking over and smiling to Shandar

Oz goes to trt and stand and mutters some as he can't stand.

Shandar smiles back. "yes...who're you?"

Flicktail says, "this is Luna, my daughter, I have a son too Benick" Luna nods and offers Shandar thepackage in her little arms "fer..youus"

Shandar looks surprised, for multiple reasons. "For me? Why? And i though Nickolas was your son?"

Flicktail says, "Well Nickolas be my sone cause he has no parents. Benick and Luna are mind, and you are mine if you want Shandar....as for the package, Luna likes you and wanted to give you a presnt....open it/ Luna isprancing smiling in excitement"

Shandar stutters. "But..but how do you know you like me Luna? I've never even seen you before...Really Flicky!? Are you sure?" She begins to unwrap the package.

you see a beautiful pink tunic and skirt just Shandar's size, one of Luna's she is giving to Shandar. Luna says "yer pretty..and Da like you..tells us all about is..pre-shush

Shandar grins bashfully, and if a mouse can blush, she does. The outfit is very nice, and Shandar had no idea that Flicktail had kids, and talked to them about her. "Oh, it's /lovely/, Luna! Thank you so very much!"

Luna hugges her "you be my sisser?

Shandar hugs her back. "Of course I will!" She cant remember being so happy.

Luna shows her the cavred toy that looks just liek Luna "This is Soooo!" she says "She sayhello

Shandar can't stop smiling. "I say hello to her!"

Luna sits beside Shandar "we plway together?

Shandar exclaims, "Of course we do!" She pulls out her carving. "

Luna smiles "Wann ave a Tea party? go puss yer dress on

Shandar gathers up the outfit and dissapears for a moment. She comes back in wearing the tunic and skirt. Both fit perfectly, and she looks quite comfortable. She picks her carving back up and deposits her old habit in the wrapping, and stows it in the shelf near bed, by her mandolin. Some nurse will find it and take it when they come to give her medicine. "Let's play!"
