Valerie the vixen, Waldo the weasel, Hank the fox, and Statler the stoat. Ragg the weasel.

Ragg is taking advantage of the beautiful spring day with a walk to the chieftain's house. He recently found out about Blisas capture and is on his way to discover if any progress has been made in towards her recovery and if he can aid in any way. He arrives at the front door and knocks, and then waits with his paws behind his back; rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet.

Valerie has had a time of it. She and the other bodyguards and about 25 regular guards all did the awesome task of force-feeding Ferdinand, Clarissa, and Basilisk. The guards open the door just as Ragg starts to rock back and forth, and they leave muttering about it amongst themselves, leaving the vixen healer, along with Statler the stoat, Waldo the weasel, and Hank the fox behind to clean up the mess. Food is literally scattered everywhere. Statler has a heavily bandaged paw, and Hank and Waldo have bandages around their heads. Valerie is laying on the floor, staring blankly at the ceiling, her own tail bandaged. Hank looks at the Seer-in-training and smiles crookedly, revealing some newly-missing teeth. "Er, er, hi. Can we, um, 'elp you?" Ferdinand, Clarissa and Basil are nowhere to be seen, each hiding in their respective rooms. The ferret his, the rat in Blisa's, and the snake in the cellar.

Initially when the door is opened, Ragg greets Hank with a smile and starts to speak, "Hello! I was just stopping...." However, he trails off when he sees the utter mayhem over the fox's shoulder. He opens and closes his mouth a few times, his face a mask of confusion, "Wha....?" His mind finally settled on a logical question, "What happened?!"

Statler holds up his paw and says, "Ferdinand an' Clarissa an' Basil 'adn't eaten in a week, so we force-fed them. Ferdinand bit me paw to the bone!" Valerie says in a strained voice, "I'm a healer. They should've trusted me when I said that if they didn't start eating, I'd force feed them. It was for their own good. Why did Clarissa bite me?" Hank gently touches his bandaged head as Waldo adds, "Basil knocked us against the wall. I 'ave a splittin' 'eadache...."

Ragg looks pityingly at the disheveled group, offering a sympathetic shrug, "It's hard to say why a beast does what they do. Maybe they only bit you out of a half crazed state of hunger!" After some consideration he adds, "In which case, it's probably best that you fed them; for their better good. By the way, how are things with finding Blisa going?"

Valerie groans like a dying thing and closes her eyes. Statler and Waldo look at each-other, sadness flooding their battered faces. Hank scratches his ear. "Er, er, bad. The, er, mouse said to not try to find her, er, or he'd kill 'er!" Tears start to stream down his simple face, and the stoat and the weasel sniff and rub their eyes with their paws. Valerie sits up, revealing that she also has a black eye. "I suggested to the Head Guard that them perhaps contact the Nightblades. Blisa often speaks of them--she seems to hold their leader, Darkwatcher, in very high regard."

Ragg sympathetically pats Hank on the shoulder, his yellow eyes very serious. "Indeed, I have heard of the Nightblades. Though I do not know much about them, I have heard they are good at showing results." After a pause he adds, "And of course, if there is anything Nightbreath or I can do to aid in the cause of finding Blisa, do not hesitate to call on us." His eyes take another sweep of the room and he gives a mirthless chuckle, "Meanwhile, I think it would be best if you all try getting well. Do you need help cleaning up in here?"

Valerie starts to her feet, snapping her fingers as she exclaims, "Yes! I had completely forgotten about that! Yes, you and Nightbreath are Seers! Perhaps you could find her!" She follows his gaze and sighs. "Aye, we could use some help. It's amazing how much oatmeal a snake can fling around when angered..." Waldo and Hank stand, and as the huge, hulking fox goes to hug Ragg, the other weasel helps the vixen find all the cleaning supplies.

"Hopefully we can. We've been working to find Ironvok and where he is, Blisa is likely to be." As he says this, Ragg steps into the house. He hesitates a moment, then hugs Hank in return, seemingly knowing the fox needs support. Plus, free hugs! After stepping out of the hug, Ragg further enters the house and starts picking up some of the strewn silverwear, trying his best not to slip on the various piles of oatmeal.

Valerie and Waldo have returned, carrying with them rags, mops, and buckets of soapy water. After passing them out, the guards start to clean the house, Statler using a bowl and large spoon to pick food off the floor. With the help of their friend, the house will soon be as good as new!

Ragg accepts a rag which he uses to pick up a shard of a broken plate and wipe up various smudges and puddles. He leaves the mounds of food to Statler and moves to clean off one of the windows. Cleaning the house will indeed be a chore!
