More chatting about recent events (Redemption of Marek TP with a brief mention of the recent Eagle Slayer Wanted plot)
This happened literally right after: this log
DoraRose nods. "That would be the best plan. Perhaps I should go and escort them back when they get better."
Lee shakes his head again. "First we 'ave arsonists... Now poisoners, too? Wot next? I need to inform the Abbot, this is a dire situation."
DoraRose sighs. "Yeah. It does seem rather serious. I heard a rumour about a golden eagle up north around the bridge, but apparently it only hunts vermin, so we probably won't have to worry about it attacking the Abbey."
Lee hmms. "I should 'ope so... Got enough on me plate without 'avin' ta deal with eagles, too."
DoraRose shrugs. "But it's only a rumour. The bird may not even exist." She retrieves her sword from where it's being stored. "I wonder if Blisa's met up with Marek yet? I'm sure she's visited her father by now, and presumably they'd be in the Infirm together."
Lee sighs. "Oy, Marek again... I still can't believe we be workin' together."
DoraRose swings her sword experimentally. "It does seem rather odd that he would suddenly declare that he has changed his ways. I wish we could tell for sure."
Lee shakes his head. "I don't trust 'im. 'Owever, 'e serves a purpose for now..."
DoraRose nods, then attacks a dummy with her blade, lopping off an arm. "I don't trust him, either. I wish we had more information about this....what's-his-name guy. I feel kind of helpless. Yah!" She has now chopped off the dummy's head.
Lee hefts his own blade thoughtfully. "Believe me, that fellow is not goin' to be a problem for long. 'E can't stay 'idden forever."
DoraRose sighs as she kicks the dummy head. "I hope we find him and not the other way around. I don't want my children having to live through yet another vermin attack. I wish we could have many seasons of peace."
