Hello all, this is Sunny!

First Topic:

We have a pretty stable rworder list which breaks down the ranks of the Novices-to Elders-to Abbot--

Do we have a master list of residents? Those who have earned their living in Redwall outside of the Order?

I remember when we had a master list of *all* Redwall members, 'Order' members or simply dibbuns and those who lived there.

Should we recreate a list for Residents and for Dibbuns to make listing permissions and categorizing of those within a little easier for the organizers?

Second topic:

Novice advancement. How long, what does it take, and who can take a Novice 1 to a Novice 2. Are all novice advancements governed by Nicodemus, or do Elders and Brother/Sisters themselves have the power to induct novices higher?

For example, I seemed to remember Sunrose as an Elder being able to swear in and bring a novice up to level 2-- but ultimately it was the Abbot's (Nicodemus, now) decision to bring them into full fledge Brotherhood/Sisterhood, and ultimately the rank of Elder.

I'd like us to work towards a system of goals, so those who become inductees in Redwall Order know how to work for advancement. Suggestions, concerns and true facts are all welcome here. !
