Is this a bug?

I just created a group for Moledeep here. It seemed I created it twice at first so I tried to delete the extra one and both were deleted. I remade it and it still lists the group twice in the group list and the forum twice in the group forum section. But I logged out and looked at both lists and it only showed it them once.

A group member checked and he doesn't see two of the group or forum and thinks it could be a normal group admin thing. Is it or is it a bug?
