In-Game Staff (Helper-types) Pages, or Help Guide Add-on

Could we add a "Staff" section to the Help Guides categories? When I say staff I'm referring not only to the Wizards and true staff, but also the consultants and helpers that are available to help out...

If we had a section of the Help Guides, even just a piece saying "Can't Find It?" and a list of characters with specialties, that would cover any gaps in the website help pages, and help new players or anyone with a question find the answer they need.

Ideally, trying to keep the help guide main pages updated with names of consultants who can help out with questions on this topic - having Aleltai and myself listed on the coding page, for example (I don't know if there are other staffers for MPI, but I do know the two of us) - so that if someone is looking for something, or doesn't quite understand the answer they get, they don't have to search for the staffer name.

If this seems like a lot of extra work, I'd be happy to do it, if you're okay with letting me at your beautiful new site.
