I can't change my profile picture on here???

So, I drew, scanned, cropped, and uploaded a picture of Blisa and made it my profile picture on here. Then someone else on here made a digital model of DoraRose. I downloaded it, then cropped just the face to become my latest profile picture. I did everything exactly the same way I uploaded the picture of Blisa....and nothing seemed to change. My profile picture appears to be the same.

This was 2 weeks ago or so.

Today a friend complimented my profile picture and, after having someone else check it and going to the forums on my touch screen device without logging in, I now see that, while the picture I see is of Blisa, the picture everyone else sees is of DoraRose.

I have logged off of my account on here Ihavenoideahowmanytimes. I deleted the picture of Blisa and uploaded the picture of DoraRose. I did everything the way I did to upload my first picture. Yet all I can see is Blisa, not D.R.

EDIT: And I have used, like, 2 maybe even 3 different computers to come onto my forums account since then. So, yeah. Why is dis happenin'? :(
