So, after some discussions with myself (I talk to myself all the time), I've decided that, after a few months of some...not so private conflict between myself and Flicktail, we've both agreed that what's done is done. There will be no more issues between us, at least, as best to our abilities.

Yes, I realized I mentioned names (I'm against that, btw), but I want to make sure that everyone knows that we can build something truly special, fun and exciting, for everybody. And I do mean everybody.

But there are a few things I really want to go over about recent things that have been completely unclear.

Flicktail and myself, before tonight, have been giving completely different messages. That's not his fault, its mine, but I digress.

There's been a bit of confusion on spoofing Long Patrol members within Mossflower. Otter has said that it is okay to do so, and whenever somebody wishes. While I support that, there is something I'd like to request of everyone. If you decide to spoof any LP hares, please do so, however, try your best to avoid them within any TPs, or MUCK wide plot-lines.

Here's why: Lets say for instance, the Abbot gets beat up and close to being killed. Spoofing any NPC from any group (not just the Long Patrol), forces them to be directly involved.

To have an LP hare within that plot would directly bring in the rest of the patrol, without choice. If we're brought into a plot, I would like it to be a plot that we, as players, can be involved in willingly. It also keeps people from getting confused. Having everybody spoof a hare in every new plot, without my knowledge, could mean that we'd be dragged into so many things at once that we won't know which way is up or down.

Spoof as much as you would like, if you need to, but if you do decide to use the LP in a plot, please contact me for a yes, or a no FIRST. I'd like to be able to get everyone's consent to join plots before that decision is made for us.

Its not because I want to control what the LP does, its because I want the option to be able to give people the chance to say 'yes, I want to be a part of this' or 'no thanks, another time'.

Anyway, one last thing. A few people have made characters for the LP, due in part to my previous post. I wanted to apologize. I realized what I did wrong (see above), and now I'm hoping that we can really get things going. I hope those, who made characters, didn't make them to make me feel better, or out of pity. I really hope that you guys made those LP members because YOU really wanted to. I'd hate to think I pressured people into it, but I know that I might have.

But that's that I suppose! :D
