I've a wish to put together a small group of players to wander the Badlands in search of adventure.

There is no direct goal or plan, no set mission - simply starting a group of a few young beasts to start an RP at the fringes of the Badlands; starting in a camp-out where all can get to know one another and get a feel for the characters, and where stories and legends can be shared for awhile, and ideas can be forged. They could try and hunt for an ancient set of ruins, or wander to see just what lies beyond the ever-changing dunes. There could be treasure and adventure along the way; danger and peril by the handful, challenges that would have to be overcome and even opponents that must be fled.

The basic concept in my head is a bunch of younglings, headstrong and wanting to see what else is out there. Not all needs be from the deep desert; softer beasts from the cooler climes are welcome to add some flavour and challenge, beasts who seek to explore and not fight, all sorts are welcome.

The game itself will be character-driven with many ideas for the plot given by the collective players themselves, guided quietly in the background during more intense scenes by me.

There are ruins to explore, treasures to collect and dangers beyond reason to avoid... The desert is a place stepped in mysticism, where the terrain never stays the same, where the sand and sun scour the soft flesh away, either leaving behind hard, tough beasts or bleaching bones...
