Descriptions?

Hmmmm, I wrote a rather nice, and rather long desc for one of my chars. I have it saved on WORD so I still have it, but.... It won't all load, it gets cut of halfway.... :( Do I need to make it shorter? Is there a way to make it load? I know the site can handle longer descs than that, I have read some three times as long. Would someone kindly explain how I could get this to work, please?
