A more perfect union

This is just an idea I'd like to humbly submit. I'm not even sure it would be realistic, but I'd like to get people's ideas and thoughts on it. Again, I realize this may be unrealistic and it may be something that some of the communities would be glad to join, others not so much - it's only a suggestion, tough in my opinion this would be a way to continue some pretty big RP even after the horde is forced out of Mossflower. ;) The idea would be this: After Hactor's defeat (the plan's set, we just need a date for it) the coalation forces (Southsward, Long Patrol, Camp Willow, Army of Northern Mossflower, etc) recognize that their way of life will never truly be safe again. It set out a major military movement that required a lot of time to plan and prepare for, and required all of the communities to unite.

With Mossflower won again, the coalation could seek to unify in more ways than a simple 'if one is attacked, we all help if we can'. All could recognize that what happens to only one of the communities effects them all. Therefor they bring together representatives from each community to meet at Redwall to begin discussions on how to move forward as a more unified system of communities. The mission of the unification would be to establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to all of Mossflower.

NOTE - That mission is from the preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America, with alterations.

Now, how they would come to agree with this and if they can find a way to come to an agreement would be half the fun of RP'ing it ;) This video sums up my idea (from the miniseries John Adams) and I think would fit perfectly with Mossflower's mindset after the war - shall they remain seperate, or should they somehow come together to prevent this from ever happening again?
