Location: Ferravale

Its been getting warmer. Oh so ever warmer. Snow is still everywhere. But its been bright and sunny for the last few days. Giving the place a nice warm tingle. Though there is still beasts that complain about it. Especially for cold blooded ones. And that's where our story begins. A lizard staggers though the town gate. With greensish scales a plenty. He looks like he has been through hell gates and back with mud. On his feet are wrapped linens that he is using for booties, and he shivers like there is no tomorrow. Snow is no place for lizards. He staggers through town like he is drunk and dying. Beasts dodge him left and right as he makes it to the marketplace. Then its obvious that the lizard is missing something. Where his tail should be, is is a gory red stump as he staggers to the nearest shop, "Ssssssustantancesssss...." he hisses.

"Oi! Over here!" Comes a young feline voice. Tucked in the shadows of an ally is Wyldheart, a bright glint in her dark green eyes. She blinks slowly at the reptile, but does not come out from the shadows. "I've got plenty 'o grub, here." Her voice, seems to have an edge too it. An unsual one from the wildcat. Is she.. trying to be nice? Either way, to a creature that knew anything of her, the sound is unatural. It sounds.. wrong!

Now its getting really crazy as he starts to crawl on all fours, like his ancestors, to a rat who is selling fishsticks, "Giveth me Fishessssss...." That rat is confused, "Er. Dat'll me 1 gold..." "Blubbage has no moniessss...." The rat puts his foot paw on the lizards head and pushes him away, "Then get away ye freak!" Blubbage hisses and scurries away, still on all fours before he hears the the voice. His head raises before he scurries over to the voice in the shadows, "Grubbages? For Blubbages?" he asks still shaking violently. This is one weirdo lizard.

WyldHeart becons the reptile with a finger, calling the beast to the allyway. The cat doesn't speak anymore. She robbed half the stalls blind the other night and well- those 'law enforcment types' are still looking for her. A careful smile finds its way onto the feline's lips. -Not too much..- a voice seems to say to her, -just enough...-

Blubbage enters the alleyway. He pretty much do anything for food at this point. He hasn't eatin in well... Since he met that mouse. He blinks both sets of eyelids as he looks up at her, still on all fours, "Blubbage would like the grubbiesssss...." he starts to flick his tongue out, tasting the air.

WyldHeart is leaning against the wall, her green cloak keeping her in shadow. She gives the lizard a small, slightly toothy smile. "Aye, grubs. I have lots of it back this way..." She gestures deeper into the ally. "But.. I only gotsa' 'nuff for one more. You are alone right? I dun' want to share my grub with two. Just one..." Her voice soft, and as non threating as she can manage it.

Blubbage nods slightly, keeping his yellow eyes on the shadowy feline, "Yesss... Thy is alonesss...Vittlesssss" he hisses. He is so hungry right now he could eat his foot. And the thought has crosses his mind several times. He is still shaking violently but the thought of future food keeps him from just collapsing and freezing in the snow. The lizard is also very unaware of what the cat is planning. The lizard is not used to cities.

Nodding with approval, the teenage feline points past her. "My provison bag is back there." Wyldheart says cooly, "You can take some of the dried meats, and some of the water in the flask." She says, sweeping her cloak behind her. As she does, the ally seems to get more dark, her form, though thin, seems to be just enough to block some of the winter sunlight from filtering so far down the allyway.

Blubbage quickly scurries on ahead, tongue flicking every which way. His gory stump wags behind him as he hurries along, not noticing that its getting darker. Food takes up most of his tiny brains, "Yummmiesssss..." he hisses as he can taste the food getting nearer. He reaches the bag and nudges it with his nose, "I foundsssss it!" he exclaims. He tries to nose it open before forgetting that he has claws. He sits on the ground and opens it and reaching in there and pulling out some dried meat. Without any waiting he plunges it down his throat, flicking his tongue out, "Ahhh yessss!" he makes a facsimile of what smile would be.

While the lizard is digging through HER vittles- the wildcat draws her short sword. The blade itself is dirty, dust and dirt rubbed into the new blade to hide it's gleam. The edges though, are clean and sharp as ever. Wyldheart approches the greedy beast, and then makes a quick movement. While the beast has his back turned, she attempts to slide up behind him, trying to shove the blade just under his chin and press one of the keen edges against his throat.

Blubbage is too busy eating. Though, between mouthfuls. His tongue does taste an odd taste in the air. Could it be the FOUL STITCH OF TREASON?! Nope. Cant be that. Must be all this northerner food. Must be throwing his senses off. His gullet hisses as he munches before choking a little bit as the blade is pressed against his throat. He makes one last slow gulp before hissing out, "You have Blubbages attention..." he is completely frozen in place.

"Good." The wildcat says softly through her fuzzy maw. "Dump your pockets. Everything." Wyldheart uses the same voice she used before to lure him here. Oh, and just to make sure the reptile knows she means buisness, she turn the blade, just a little- so it has the potental to knick but not slice.

Blubbage gulps again before hissing slowly, "Sssssssss.... One seconds..." he moves his claws toward his pockets, or where they should be before he lunges quickly to the side, getting kniced in the process on the neck, dripping lightly on the ground. He hisses loudly before scurrying over to the side of the alley and starting to crawl up it. Yes. This species of lizard can crawl on walls. He turns and hisses loudly at the feline before he is up and over on top of the roof. There is a light thump and then no more sounds can be heard.

WyldHeart frowns. Well, -that- did not go as she planned. Her dark green eyes narrow, as the teen realizes that the lizard ate HER food and got away! She was robbed instead! Her chest rises sharply once, before she puts her sword back into its scabbard. Next time, she will do what the stoat told her to do. Next time, she will simply just cut off his head. She does, kick some snow grumpily, for good measure.
