OK, so this happened after this log: Blisa Missing Bolts Chaos Tp . Sorry that it's kind of choppy.... I hope you enjoy, anyway!

Somewhere in the depths of Mossflower Woods...

After the first cloud of smoke billowed up from the tavern, Ferdinand knew something as wrong. Leaving Blisa in her room drawing, he stepped out onto the porch, grabbed random running beasts, demanding what was going on. After getting the rough details, he realized that it was unsafe to stay in the village. Rushing to the kitchen, he packed food into a haversack, bellowing at Blisa to grab a few things because they had to leave now. Fear made her obey without question, and she had just fineshed packing when her guard rushed in, scooped her and her bag up into his arms, and ran out the door, to the west side of Ferravale, and over the wall. Running through the woods, Blisa started to cry in terror. After running for hours, the finally stopped in the blackest night...and made a cold, fireless camp...

Blisa curls up against Ferdinand, her tears gone, but the fear not following. "Is Daddy OK?" "I don't know. I with I did." the ferret wraps them both in his cloak, his hood pulled up over his ears to hide the white parts of his face. Blisa sniffs, settles down, and evetually falls asleep. Her guard, however, stays up, keeping watch...

Next day...

Blisa wakes up with a start and a cry, looking around. Upon seeing that she's awake, Ferdinand helps her slip on her haversack, then picks her up and hands her an apple and a biscuit. "Here. Have thome breakfatht on the move. We need to get to Redwall."

"Why do we need to go to Redwall?" she asks, munching on her breakfast.

"Becauthe that'th probably the only thafe plathe there ith right now. You're in danger, Blitha. Thomebeatht tried to kill your father, and they're probably after you now."

Blisa nearly chokes on her biscuit and starts to whimper. "Do you think he's OK?"

"I hope tho. Now eat your food, pleathe." Ferdinand gazes around and bites his lip. He was never taught how to navigate. He's just gonna hafta geuss which way is south. He starts walking...

That evening, after a full day of travel, with Blisa asking if Scioto was OK about once every half an hour...

Ferdinand has gotten them up into a tree for the night, and digs out some scones and tea. Blisa starts eating as her guard mumbles, "OK, tho I wath going eatht all day...yeah, that'th right. The thun thetth in the wetht. Tho I need to go....um..." he looks around, frowning, then points in the correct direction, mostly by chance. "That way."

Blisa tugs on his sleeve. "Can't you find your way around? If we're trying to get to Redwall, we need to go southeast until we find the dirt road."

He frowns at her. "Where I grew up, Cheiftanth' children never learned important thingth like that." He went back to studying the woods.

The kitten fineshes her food, then quietly asks, "Do you think Daddy's OK?"

Her guard snaps, shouting, "I don't know, OK?! No matter how many timeth you athk me, the anthwer will be I don't know!!!" Ferdinand, his conscious pricking and his heart breaking, scoops his now sobbing charge up into his arms, murmuring, "Oh, Blitha, thweetheart, I am tho thorry. I thouldn't've yelled. Don't worry, I'm thure he'th fine. Don't cry, I'm very thorry..."

Blisa sniffs. "I h...hope you're r...right...."

They wander around for the next 3 days, lost and confused. They avoid snakes, toads, other creatures, and even a skeleton, which scared the tar out of Blisa. Finally, on Wendsday, they find the River Moss, and start to follow it west, hoping to find the road...

Blisa walks along the edge of the river, holding Ferdinands' paw. "Do you think we're walking the right way?"

Ferdinand shrugs. "I hope tho. I with your friend, what'th her name, Lenore, wath thtill alive. The wath a raven, right? The could've helped uth."

The kitten nods. "I'm sure she would've. My feet huuurrrt. Can we take a break?"

Her guard shakes his head. "It'th not even high noon yet. We'll thtop then."

Blisa sighs, then hangs her head and trudges on, looking for flowers and other pretty things.

They walk like that for a few hours, until noon, then Ferdinand stops, sits down, and pulls out some biscuits, fruit and tea. "Here. Let'th eat." Blisa nods eagerly and sits, tucking in. Looking around, the ferret smiles slightly. "I think we're almotht there."

"What makes you say that?"

"The water lookth like it doeth clothe to the ford." Ferdinand points. "Thee?"

Blisa gulps down the rest of her food and leaps up. "Then what are we waiting for? C'mom, let's go!" She waits until the ferret is done packing and has the haversack on his shoulders, then she grabs his paw and takes off in a run, tugging him ahfter her.

They reach the bridge, quickly cross it, and make their way down the road. But wait....is someone following them?

What's that?!

This continued in the log....thanks for reading!
