And now they're fighting! (Thorns of Steel TP... sort of)

St.Ninians Ruins: Churchyard
----------------------------------------------------------------
The churchyard stands quiet as few beasts seem to roam within
it. Though vermin seeem to have long left the old church, the
area seems to have a coldness about it. In the distance looms
the burned out hulk of the old church, still standing despite
its old age. Darkness just seems to encompass the area in a fog.
Rubble is scattered around and the ground lies charred and
barren, even after many year. The area is void of much life and
has a foreboding feel to it. Equally obvious is the ancient
graveyard, fenced in by an old and rusty fence breached only by
an equally ancient and rusty gate.

Bora is relaxing by the church,he perns his feathers a little and looks around.

Lenore seems to suddenly appear out of nowhere, almost like a ghost, right beside Bora. The female raven caws, her dangerous beack clacking as she says, "Good day."

Bora turns, he is use to this by now and nods, "'Ello..seem slow today, not much happening."

Lenore begins to preen her feathers. "Indeed... I am unsure where our master is. He is usually quite easy to find."

Bora nods "Maybe out with plans, plans to do things."

Lenore snorts and spreads her wings, flying over and landing on a gravestone. She seems to be filled with a restless energy. And she doesn't answer Bora's question, either.

Bora watches the other raven "Sure Master be back soon."

Lenore does a spectacular flip on the gravestone so that she is now facing the other raven. "That's not the point! I can't find him in this thrice-accursed forest!" she is obviously not in the best of moods.

Bora tilts his head and puffs out his feathers, he doesnt seem as concern as she does about where the fox may or may not be.

Ragg limp/walks into the Churchyard. He is as happy as ever as he glances around. Seeing the two ravens he grins and waves cheerfuly, starting to make his way toward them.

Upon seeing Ragg, Lenore groans, then caws as loudly as she can -- which is actually quite loud. Her face darkens, and her sour mood seems to grow a little worse.

Bora shakes his head and puffs up to appear bigger.

Ragg's reaction to Lenore's caw is a wider grin "Dont be so /happy/ to see me" he says sarcastically. He sits down on the grass and nods at Bora "Hello old chap. Who might you be?" He does not mean that Bora is old, but it might be taken that way.

Lenore poufs up. "Oh, I'm /overjoyed/ to see you." she grates out, her eyes like a pair of black, smoldering embers. "How's the foot, ferret-face? Is it healing well, or does our Mster need to break it again to fix it?"

For a moment, just a momment Raggs' joy is stopped, but he quickly gets it back with a slight cough "My foot is fine you pillow and it is healing well. 'Master' did not break it in the first place." He trys to bluff his way out, not wannting her to know, but it is probably too late.

Oh yeah. It's too late. It's /way/ too late. Lenore smiles smugly. "Oh, are you sure about that? I hear he broke it to teach you a lesson... a lesson on how to be a better spy."

Ragg gives a mock scowel "Fine. Yes he did bust it. I never was the best spy in the world. I always fight better than spy. I think he should leave the spying up to his slaveish birds." He is not sure what calling Lenore a slave will do, but He wants to find out.

Ok. NOW Lenore is mad. She launches at Ragg, a black blur against the green grass. She caws as she draws up, spreading her wings and sending a torrent of rushing wind away from her. She stabs at the weasels' shoulder, then says, "How dare you call me a slave!"

Ragg is blown back by the wind and he barely dodges the stab. He grins cheekily at her "I am just saying the truth." He starts to back up and he reaches for his bow.

Lenore is shaking with sheer rage. She claws at his paw and stabs once, twice, thrice at his shoulder. She is relentless, an ebony fighting machine -- when she's angry. Which she is now.

The first and second stabs hit his shoulder but he is able to get away from the third. He grimaces and backs out of reach of the Raven. He scowles as pain shoots through his shoulder "Calm yourself! Theres no need to -wince- kill my shoulder" He stays out of her reach and pulls out his bow. (Ragg)

Lenore slowly advances, gazing at the bow. "Oh, really? I don't see it that way." she lunges, then flaps her ebony wings, lifting off the ground and circling above the weasel.

Ragg Falls back in suprise as she takes flight than he quickly stands and run/limps into the tree line. Once there he puts a arrow to his bow and aims at Lenore, not shooting just yet.

Lenore darts into the forest canopy, vanishing like smoke. After a few moments, her voice can be heard from /somewhere/ in the trees. "I can see you, but can you see me?" then she laughs, a sound akin to her caw.

Ragg growles and shoots his arrow at random into the trees "I can always try to see you." He mutters to himself as he looks around, trying hard to find the raven.

Lenore's haunting, mocking laugh echoes out from the trees. "Ha! You didn't even come close to hitting me! You couldn't hit a door if it fell on you!" a flapping sound can be heard now, then silence. The raven is gone from the area.

Ragg growels again "I will find you and /then/ I will hit you." He sighs and goes to a gravestone and sits on it.
